2. It is important to carefully check the model information of the print head before purchasing from us. Upon receiving the item, please inspect it to ensure it matches the required model. If there are any problems, please contact us before installing it on the machine. Once the print head is installed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

3. The fragile sticker on the print head is a label that proves it was sold by our company. Removing the label and installing the print head on your machine will void our after-sales services, including technical support, returns, and refunds.

4. All items are not refundable once they are used or damaged by buyer, especially for printheads & original spare part.
